Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Shreedha (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shreedhajewels.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of our products (the “Products”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
2. Product Information & Craftsmanship
- Our jewelry may feature natural stones and hand finishes. Minor variations in color, pattern, weight, or dimensions versus images or samples are normal and not defects.
- Weights and measurements are approximate.
- Plated finishes naturally wear with use and exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals. Please follow our Care Guide for best results.
- Material information is listed on product pages. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Availability
- Prices are displayed in [your operating currency] and generally include applicable Indian taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and, for international orders, any duties/taxes appear at checkout.
- Prices, offers, and availability may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled/refunded.
- Discount codes typically cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
4. Orders, Acceptance & Payments
- After you place an order, we email an acknowledgment; order acceptance occurs upon dispatch, when we send your shipping confirmation.
- We may cancel/refund an order for reasons including limited stock, payment issues, suspected fraud/abuse, inaccurate information, or regulatory restrictions.
- Payment methods: prepaid options displayed at checkout (cards, UPI, NetBanking, wallets, etc.).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- We do not store full card/bank details. Your selected payment provider’s terms apply.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
- Typical domestic delivery timeline (post-dispatch): 3–5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not business days.
- International timelines vary by carrier and customs; duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address (or to the carrier for international shipments where applicable). Title transfers upon dispatch after full payment.
6. Returns & Exchanges (2-Day Window)
We offer a short, inspection-based window to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
- Request window: Email care@shreedhajewels.com within 2 calendar days of delivery to request a return or size exchange.
- Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, pouches, boxes, and certificates.
- Hygiene exception: Earrings and other pierced jewelry are not returnable unless received damaged/defective.
- Non-returnable: Personalized/engraved, made-to-order, custom-sized, and sale items are not eligible except for manufacturing defects reported within 2 days.
- Process & timelines: We aim to respond within 48 working hours. If approved, reverse pick-up is typically scheduled within 3–4 business days (India). Returned items must pass our quality checks.
- Refunds/credits:
Where exchange/replacement is unavailable, we issue a credit note valid for 1 year from the date of issue, sent to your registered email.
If a monetary refund is applicable (e.g., wrong/defective item and we cannot replace), it is processed to the original payment method after QC approval; bank processing times may vary.
Shipping/COD fees (if any were charged) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. - Cancellations: You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing care@shreedhajewels.com. We cannot cancel after dispatch.
- Wrong/defective items: Please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Warranty, Resizing & Repairs
- We do not offer a commercial warranty beyond your statutory rights.
- We do not provide resizing, re-plating, or repair services. For quality concerns reported within the 2-day window, we will assist per Section 6.
8. Gift Cards, Store Credit & Promotions
- Gift cards/store credit are non-refundable and valid per the terms provided at purchase (credit notes issued by us are valid for 1 year).
- If you return items from a promotional order, refunds exclude the value of freebies/gifts unless they are also returned unused and in full.
9. Acceptable Use & User Content
- Do not misuse the Site (e.g., unlawful activity, harmful code, scraping, infringement, or misleading content).
- By submitting reviews/photos or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use and display that content. You warrant you own the content and it does not infringe third-party rights.
10. Intellectual Property
- All Site content (text, logos, images, designs, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Shreedha and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
- The Site may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Privacy & Cookies
- Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (see footer). These explain what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
13. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shreedha, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/Products.
15. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, government actions, or carrier failures).
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Exclusive jurisdiction: courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.

17. Children
- Our Site and Products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
18. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
